#ocv
Another great #ocv !!
When it didn't say sim, I was like, really? Great #ocv
#weird
It's pretty! I presumed it might be a simulation, but I was wrong!
On zoom view, it does look more likely off center
possible #ocv blob with two short lines on top of each other at 5:00
A few #ocv possibilities here
#simulation
Kind of looks like it's coming from the center
Check out slice, pretty #weird
possible #ocv with the vertex at 7:00
yes!
possible #ocv
Don't mark singles
Beautiful blue #ocv
Also, you can look at slice view afterwards, it corroborates 2 from the center and 2 #ocv
The green lines mark where the incoming particles are smashed, they shouldn't be classified at all, ignore them
two #ocv, they look nice in slice
Great OCV!!
Clear #ocv
messy, but I see some #ocv
#ocv two white lines 9:00
Nice one!
Two green lines are the paths of the two incoming particles that were smashed together. Red dotted line is just a reference point.
So I'd mark those two at 10:00 as an #ocv (off center vertex). Green circle is computer artifact when it tries to find ocv's (ignore)
Then, there are two white ones that look like they might originate from the same point, at roughly the 10:00 position (green circle between)
There are two lone particle tracks there that don't eminate from anywhere near the center, but they are by themselves, so of no consequence.
#ocv backwards tracks
cute!
A lot going on in here, definitely some possible #ocv
Not a vertex, so don't mark, even though they're off center. Also, this is a #simulation
Yeah! Nice one.
looks like 3 of those whites are a probably #ocv
Nice one!!
not clear if the white spray would actually intersect off center or not, but I marked it
Great looking orange #ocv!
possible #ocv, but going in a weird direction
I think the two white at 4:00 have a little bit of backwards track, but I think they are a possible #ocv
Great #ocv!
There needs to be two or more, originating from the same point, somewhere away from the center
It's not an off-center vertex if there's only one particle track
nice!
I was thinking maybe just a little bit of error in tracking the particles?
just curving i think
So 2 things that'd help in training, saying that the green lines are the collision particles, and that in slice view ocv is only vertical
possible red #ocv
possible #ocv in white between those green lines
He thought the green lines were OCV because they were to the left of the center of the image.
I was thinking just those blue ones
Missing that red reference line which easily shows center. Possibly a good #ocv, but not sure.
HMB6EQUJ5 just thought that off center horizontally counted as OCV in slice view. I originally thought that too.
It's orange, visible at the 4:30 or so position. If you look at zoom view, it's a circle. Apparently the computer draws those sometimes.
I think we are supposed to ignore.
I think so?
Horizontally, if it's off center, it doesn't count. I found that info in a help forum post somewhere. Should be added to training.
one of the white ones might be #ocv, but for slice view, it' only off center if it is not in the vertical center of the image.
looks centered o me?
white #ocv, visible on all three views
white #ocv
Another backwards-ish #ocv, looks more normal on slice though
#ocv two white lines, seems to be going wrong direction. More obvious on slice view that it could be a vertex
possible #ocv, two white lines, more obvious on slice view
I think it's a circle made by the computer that we are supposed to ignore
purple #ocv
I think it's an #ocv, but it's way further out than normal?
Blue #ocv, also, a big spike in the muon detector at 1:00
One possible #ocv 11:00
Nice one!! #ocv
Looks like one to me. I wonder how accurate these lines are, I think maybe there's a little slop in them.
Nice #ocv
purple tracks are weird, they begin and end together
Weird lack of particle tracks
Two potential #ocv here
One of the best I've seen here so far
