@Typhooni, I don't see any OCV's in the Slice view; a couple sets of two charged particles from the beam. Normal/Zoom may be misleading here
@Cerusan, it does look like there may be two vertices - this is easiest to see in Slice view. The orange has no significance (see FAQ).
Likely a #punch-through. The Slice view is impressive! #diametric
Likely a #cosmicray shower hit.
