What created the charges particles here?

This is an impressive interaction. It looks like a new proton was generated along with some other particles. This wouldn't be caused by the decay of one particle, would it? Are we looking at an interaction of multiple particles or multiple decays?

Most likely the decay of a bottom quark, which lives long enough to go such a distance, and is massive enough to radiate several particles in slightly spread-out directions. It also decays to a muon ~10% of the time, as it looks like this one did!
