What kind of event is this? (3)

I had a question for any scientist: what kind of event is shown in this 3 ocv?

I've classified a lot of collisions (over 20K?) and this is one of a few that seem quite rare. I haven't seen one quite like this where there is a 3 ocv diametrically opposed to the missing momentum.

Those are three cool-looking, real, very far off-center vertices that you've found, @mwwm
