Four lines off-center?

Hello @ratprincess, thanks for your help!
In this one, I prefer to check the Slice view (you may have been presented with a different view while classifying the object). I see a magenta line which intersects two white lines, one of which goes almost straight toward the outside of the detector (nearly straight downward).
This could be marked as a single OCV, because we have an apparent vertex where the three lines meet.
The other lines appear alone, so they would not be considered an off-center vertex, and the two muons (green lines) originate at the collision point, according to the FAQ.
